REOI · Real Estate Operations Intelligence
Understand the obligations across your portfolio.
A real estate portfolio assessment connects the documents behind your properties, so you can find the relevant provisions, understand their implications and prepare the next decision.
REOI works with commercial property owners and family businesses whose records span properties, tenants, lenders and entities. The starting point is your supplied evidence: leases and amendments, loan agreements, guaranties, insurance and tax records within an agreed scope.
What the review brings together
- Leases and tenancies. Rent provisions, renewal and notice dates, and the obligations recorded in the lease and its amendments.
- Debt and guaranties. Maturities, rate changes, covenants and the parties responsible under the supplied financing documents.
- Related records. Insurance, tax and ownership information that helps explain the same property or decision.
A lease summary may explain one instrument. An integrated assessment asks how that instrument relates to the others. A tenancy ending near a loan maturity, for example, may make renewal and refinancing part of the same planning conversation.
What you receive
The agreed deliverables present findings, supporting evidence, dates and unresolved questions. Your portal brings the analytical record together, with downloadable reports and a workbook for review alongside your advisors. Missing or conflicting evidence is identified rather than filled with assumptions.
How an engagement starts
Tell us what you own, which documents you have and what decision is ahead. We agree the property and document scope, fee and timing before work begins. Complexity matters more than a fixed property count; one property with layered documentation may warrant a review.
The analysis is AI-assisted and includes human review. Material conclusions still need checking against the source records and with the relevant professional advisors.
A dated assessment you keep
Your completed assessment remains available in the portal as of its assessment date. Ongoing monitoring and updates are a separately agreed service.
