REOI · Real Estate Operations Intelligence

Keep the next obligation in view.

Real estate portfolio monitoring adds agreed document updates and reminders to your completed assessment, helping you prepare for the dates and decisions already identified in your records.

A portfolio changes after an assessment: a lease is amended, a loan is refinanced, an insurance policy renews or a new tax record arrives. REOI reviews newly supplied documents within the agreed scope and updates the analytical record where that evidence changes the picture.

Dates worth planning around

The dates tracked depend on the documents and scope of your assessment. Reminder lead times can be selected in the portal. A reminder supports planning; it does not exercise an option, make a payment or fulfill an obligation for you.

Updates follow the evidence you supply

Monitoring is a scoped service based on supplied changes and the obligations already identified. It does not mean continuous discovery of every external event. You and your document holders remain part of the process by providing new or amended records.

When related provisions change, the review considers their connections. A new lease amendment, for example, may affect the timing assumptions used when considering a financing decision. Unresolved questions remain visible until the supporting evidence resolves them.

Agree the service around your portfolio

The subscription scope, expected update volume, fee and timing are agreed individually. New properties or materially expanded work may require a scope adjustment. Your property manager and professional advisors continue to carry out their own responsibilities.

Start with a clear baseline

A portfolio assessment establishes the dated record that monitoring builds on. A monitoring subscription is optional; it is not required to retain access to your completed assessment.
